Obituary of Victoria Fordsmand

Ms. Victoria 'Vicki' Godfrey Fordsmand, age 63, of Auburndale passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015 in Auburndale. Vicki was born in Lakeland to Herndon Godfrey Jr. and June Ingle Godfrey and had lived the last 31 years in this area coming back from Phoenix, Az. She was a teacher with Discovery Academy in Lake Alfred for 10 years before being forced to retire due to illness. Vicki enjoyed traveling with friends and family and enjoyed going to the beach. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Jay Godfrey. Survivors include her mother, June Godfrey of Auburndale, 2 sisters, Melonie Godfrey Sasnett and Kay Godfrey of Auburndale, a brother, Pete (Denise) Godfrey of Lakeland, 7 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
