Obituary of Joanne Frances DiMarco

Mrs. Joanne Frances DiMarco, age 83 a resident of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Monday. February 20, 2023 at Winter Haven Hospital surrounded by her family. Mrs. DiMarco was born July 5, 1939 in Bronx, New York to Anthony and Jeannette (Ragazzo) Gerbino. She was a Winter Haven resident since 2006 coming from Bronx, New York. She was a retired School Administrator for Bronx Schools and attended St. Matthew Catholic Church in Winter Haven, Florida. Joanne enjoyed cooking, traveling with her husband and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents. Joanne is survived by her loving family, husband of 63 years – Domenick DiMarco of Winter Haven, Florida; son – Christopher DiMarco of Bronx, New York; daughter – Stephanie (Alton) Brusco-Barker of Tampa, Florida and 4 grandchildren – Christopher Jr., Julia, Jennifer (Jon) & Jessica (Gregory). Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, March 4^th at Kersey Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1pm at the funeral home.
