JoJo was a no nonsense person… I became acquainted with your mom at her last residency… I would always ask her what everyone did today and she will give me an update… I often think about her on my way up to visit my mom. JoJo is missed and is spoken of often.

I really liked y title talks with “JoJo” at Brookdale. I brought my 3 small grandchildren to visit all the residents a day before Valentine’s Day. The kids passed out small teddy bear keychains, a card, and a cookie. We went into Jo’s room twice. She told the kids it was one of her best Valentine’s Day. I took my 4 year old granddaughter back today to pass out bead necklaces and a small “magic” wand. Right before we knocked on her door I was told she passed away. I’m very sad for the loss of this lovely woman. My prayers for the family.-Shelly Beaver
