I was so sorry to hear of Larry's passing. He was such a fun loving man and never changed. My thoughts and prayers are with Selina, the boys and their families.

Mr.Strickland was one of the kindest and funniest people I met. He was my patient for several years and held a very special place in my heart! Always looked forward to seeing him and giving each other a hard time! RIP and heart felt condolences to his family!

While I have not seen Larry much in recent years, I got reacquainted with him at the Funeral Services for his uncle, Ray Sturgis. We caught up on a lot of years gone by and had a great time reliving some great times. Larry was trying to organize a lunch get-together for my brother, myself and some of the old gang just a few months ago but we had to postpone the date - I regret that we never were able to do that. Larry was always intelligent, kind and funny - I have witnessed his impromptu renditions of songs by his hero, Elvis Presley and lived to tell about it. I hope that maybe Larry will now get a chance to sing a duet with Elvis now. My condolences to his wife and family, to Ken and Yvonne Boyd, the family of Ray Sturgis and other family members in the area. Lyonal Lindsey, Jr. and Terry Lindsey

I was fortunate to know and be around Mr. Strick when I played ball with his boys. My Dad wasn't around, but he was always there for his boys and I was always with his boys, so I got to be a part of what he taught them and how he loved his boys. He never made excuses and was a hard worker. I am very thankful for the time I got to spend with him and the impact he made on me, to see how a Dad was supposed to be, and how a Dad sacrificed for his kids and more importantly, he taught me itvwant about money with your kids, it was about your time with your kids and investing in them. RIP Mr. Strick. "Now dammit that's enough"
