Obituary of Leslie Jean Forte

WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Leslie Jean Forte, age 67 a resident of Winter Haven passed away Thurs. May 9, 2013 at Winter Haven Hospital due to cancer. Leslie was born Sept. 28, 1945 In Bronx, NY to Charles and Gladys Velasquez. She moved down to Florida a year ago from New York. She was a retired administrator in the medical industry, enjoyed dancing, cooking, music, sports, shopping and loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents. Leslie is survived by her loving family: 2 sons: Mace (Melissa) Rosado of Shirley, NY, Danny (Monica) Rosado of Winter Haven, FL, fiancé: Joe Fava of Winter Haven, FL, 6 grandchildren: Max, Serenity, Eva, Gia, Meriah & Antonio. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sat. May 11, 2013 at the Kersey Funeral Home. Visitation will be held before from 1:00 till 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
