Obituary of Pauline M. West

Mrs. Pauline West, age 80, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Winter Haven Hospital due to heart failure. Mrs. West was born November 22, 1932 in Doerun, Georgia to Russell and Cordella (Walters) Monroe. She was a Polk County resident since the 1950's coming from Georgia. Pauline was retired from State after 10 years of service in mail processing. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Auburndale, enjoyed going out with the Golden Girls Church Club, loved to cook and be with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband David West; son Rodney West; brother Curtis Monroe; sister Irene Carr and daughter-in-law Zan West. Pauline is survived by her loving & devoted family; 2 daughters: Jan (Randy) West of Auburndale, Dale (Bill) Witherington of Auburndale, sister: Louise Vines of GA, 7 grandchildren: Amy, Jimmy, Carla, Ernie, Artimicia, Bill & Lisa, 17 great grandchildren.
