Obituary of Allen Bobby Jimmerson

WINTER SPRINGS - Pastor Allen Bobby Jimmerson, age 74 a resident of Winter Springs passed away Fri. Sept. 20, 2013 at his home due to heart failure. Mr. Jimmerson was born Aug. 29, 1939 in Marianna, FL. to Buford Allen & Mabel (Haddan) Jimmerson. He was a resident of Winter Springs for the past 1 1/2 yrs. comingfrom Belle Glade. He was a member of Lockwood Missionary Baptist Church, in Orlando and a Pastor for many Florida Churches. Pastor Jimmerson went on several missionary trips to the USA, New Zealand, Peru, Jamaica, Vanuatu & Africa. He enjoyed ministering and loved his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and1st wife - Betty Annette Mathis Jimmerson. Bobby is survived by; wife of 12 Years: Betty Jimmerson of Winter Springs, FL; 3 daughters: Robyn S. Jester, Patti (John) Krueger and Sandi Jimmerson all of Auburndale, FL; 3 grandchildren: Ken, Josh & Makiah; brother Eddie Jimmerson of Lake Placid, FL; sister MaryEllen (Bob) Davis of Screven, GA; 2 stepsons: Sonny Mills of Port Saint Lucie, FL and Mike Mills of Clewiston, FL; 3 stepdaughters: Melinda Laughter, Phoebe Jean Herold and Rachel Adams all of Waynesville, NC. In lieu of flowers those so desiring can make donation's in Pastor Jimmerson's name to; Macedonia Memorial & Missionary Fund, P.O. Box 68, Polk City, FL. 33868. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013 at the First Missionary Baptist Church, 406 Main St., Auburndale. Visitation will be held before from 9:00 til 11:00 AM at the church.
