Obituary of Annie M. Davis

AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Annie M. Davis, age 73 of Auburndale passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013 in Winter Haven due to heart failure. Mrs. Davis was born in Lawrence Co. , Tennessee to Edward and Mary Lou Stedman Colbert and had lived in this area for the past 65 years. Mrs. Davis was a retired office manager with Central Florida Gas and enjoyed going to the beach, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren & family. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Luthene Paul. Surviving are her husband Charles Davis of Auburndale, daughter, Selina (Dennie) McBrayer of Auburndale, son, Chuck (Sheila) Davis of Auburndale, a sister, Virginia Lamb of Melbourne, her brother, Charles Colbert of Bangkok, Thailand and 4 grandchildren. Funeral services will take place Monday at 11 AM at the Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will take place at Auburndale Memorial Park.
