Obituary of Clarence Mayville

Ret. SFC Clarence H. Mayville, Sr. age 62 a resident of Auburndale passed away Thurs. Jan. 30, 2014 in Lakeland due to cancer. Mr. Mayville was born March 28, 1951 in Tipton County, TN. to Orville and Myrtle (Fields) Mayville. He was an Auburndale resident for 21 years coming from Arkansas. Clarence was a retired Army veteran serving during Desert Storm. He worked for Resmondo Sod as a diesel mechanic for 15 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Linda Simpson. Clarence is survived by: wife of 42 years: Elizabeth Mayville of Auburndale, FL; 2 sons: Clarence Harley Mayville, II of Auburndale, FL, James (Jennifer) Mayville of Nashville, TN, 3 brothers: Ernest (Dorothy) Mayville of Helena, AK, Howard (Ellie) Mayville of Ponce De Leon, FL, Johnny Mayville of Elaine, AK, 4 sisters: Mamie Stites of Alma, AK, Laverne (Cecil) Newsome of Helena, AK, Lottie (Billy Joe) Bridges of Rudy, AK, Dian (Charles) Mathews of Conyers, GA, 1 grandson: Clarence Harley Mayville, III of Auburndale, FL, numerous nieces & nephews.
