Obituary of Ernestine Burch Steadman

WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Ernestine Burch Steadham, age 73, a resident of Winter Haven passed away Wed., Feb. 12, 2014 at Winter Haven Hospital due to heart failure. Mrs. Steadham was born Jan. 29, 1941 in Theodore, AL. to Ethel Leon & Ruby Inez (King) Burch. She was a resident of Winter Haven for the past 40 yrs. coming from AL. She was a retired preschool teacher. She enjoyed reading and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Rhonda; 2 brothers & 1 sister. Ernestine is survived by: 2 sons: Rusty (Michelle) Steadham, Michael (Amanda) Steadham, 2 daughters: Renee (Ricky) Steadham, Lori (Jason) Oscarson, all of Winter Haven, brother: Ed (Janet) Burch of Lakeland, 2 sisters: Joyce (Cleston) Jennings, Imogene Math-is, both of Winter Haven, 14 grandchildren, 13 gt. grandchildren. A memorial service will be 6:00 PM Mon., Feb. 17, 2014 at Kersey Funeral Home. Visitation will be held before from 5-6 PM.
