Obituary of Charles Edwards

LAKELAND- Mr. Charles W. "Chuck" Edwards, age 56 of Lakeland passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 in Lakeland due to heart failure. Mr. Edwards was born in Lewiston, Me. to Charles & Sally Haskell Edwards and had lived in this area since 1971 coming from Maine. Chuck was an auto mechanic before becoming disabled and was known to have a great sense of humor and enjoyed his golf cart, his friends and his family. Chuck also loved to BBQ and make his own pepper sauces. He is survived by 2 sons, Charles W. Edwards II of Southport, N. C. and Jimmy Edwards of Lakeland, a brother, Alexander W. Merchant of Auburndale, 2 sisters, Angela Hall of Lakeland and Judith Titus of Orange Park, his mother, Sally Anderson of Lakeland, 5 grandchildren and his dog Gucci.
