Obituary of Marie M. Vannoy

AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Marie Vannoy age 87, a resident of Auburndale passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Kindred Hospital in Tampa due to respiratory failure. Mrs. Vannoy was born April 6, 1926 in Whiteford, Maryland to Wilson and Bessie Clark McCallister. She was a resident of Auburndale since 1957 coming from Elkton, Maryland. She was a homemaker, past election volunteer and a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Auburndale. Marie enjoyed reading, watching western's and going out with friends & family to eat. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband - Fidell Vannoy; son, John Wilson Vannoy and an infant brother, William Norman McCallister. Marie is survived by her loving family; son, Dennis Beverly Vannoy of Auburndale and many nieces & nephews Funeral services will be held 11 00 AM Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the First Missionary Baptist Church, 406 Main Street, Auburndale. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park. Visitation will be held before service from 10 00 til 11 00 AM at the church. Arrangements by Kersey Funeral Home.
