Obituary of Nettie Brooks

LULINEBROOKS, 93 AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Luline Brooks, age 93, of Auburndale passed away Friday, May 9, 2014 in Winter Haven due to natural causes. Mrs. Brooks was born in Atmore, AL. to James W. and Elsie O. Bell and had lived in this area for the past 77 years. She was a member of the Central Assembly of God Church in Auburndale and enjoyed sewing, water skiing, dancing, fishing, making ceramics and traveling. Mrs. Brooks is survived by her husband of 75 years, Holman Brooks of Auburndale, a son, Harold (Elizabeth) Brooks of Auburndale, 2 granddaughters, Renee (Bernie) Kelly and Lori (Linnis) Feagle and 4 great grandchildren, Ashton & Austin Thomas and Lewis & Lindsey Feagle. Funeral services will take place Wednesday at 10 AM at the Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale with visitation Tuesday from 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home.
