Obituary of Gustav Charles Papendick

Mr. Gustav Charles Papendick, age 80 a resident of Winter Haven passed away Sat. May 30, 2015 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Mr. Papendick was born June 21, 1934 in St. Louis, MO. To Gustav James and Grace Maxine (Drennan) Papendick. He was a Winter Haven resident since 2000 coming from Sarasota. He was a member of the Washington University Sigma Chi Fraternity and a US Army veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. Gus enjoyed sailing, reading, water skiing, history and his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife - Patsi. Gus is survived by his loving family; 2 Daughters: Karen (Tony) Premuto of Winter Haven Carla (Robert) Campbell of Winter Haven Brother: David Papendick of Ocala Sister: Grace Lathrop of Indianapolis, IN. 6 Grandchildren: Tyler, Elizabeth, Holly, Scott, Ashley & Michael
