Obituary of Doris Jean Hoestine

Ms. Doris Jean Hoenstine, age 67 of Auburndale passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Ms. Hoenstine was born in Flint, Michigan to Robert Tompkins and Delores Green and lived in Ft. Meade from 1979 until she settled in Auburndale in 1985. She was a self employed business owner and member of Ft. Meade Baptist Church who enjoyed crafting, traveling and gathering with her family. Ms. Hoenstine is survived by her daughters, Rhonda (David) Prine of Winter Haven, Delores (Tommy Ray) Shockley of Auburndale and Dawn (Nuco) Silva of Daphne, Alabama. She is also survived by 6 grandsons, 11 brothers and sisters and 65 nieces and nephews.
