Obituary of O. M. Richardson

Mr. O. M. 'Morris' Richardson, age 94, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015, in Lakeland. Mr. Richardson was born in Webster, FL and had lived the past 80 years in this area. Mr. Richardson was a retired citrus grower and had worked many years with Walker Groves as well as tending his own groves. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Auburndale and enjoyed fishing but his primary passions were his citrus grove and family. Mr. Richardson was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Eleanor Richardson as well as a brother, Woodrow Rich-ardson. He is survived by 2 daughters, Janice (Gary) Smith of Lakeland and Betty Jo Rockwell of Ridgeland, MS. He is also survived by a sister.
