Obituary of Wanda Mae Ryan

Mrs. Wanda Mae Hargis Leonard Ryan, age 85 a resident of Tampa and formerly of Winter Haven/ Auburndale, passed away Mon. Feb. 15, 2016 at Florida Hospital Tampa. Mrs. Ryan was born July 19,1930 in Paris, Ark. to Lloye & Ruby (Price) Sims. Wanda was a Winter Haven/Auburndale resident since 1959. She was a homemaker, member of First Missionary Baptist & an avid tennis player. She was preceded in death by her parents; adopted father James P. Hargis; 1st husband Dr. Chester D. Leonard; 2nd husband Jack R. Ryan & sister Ruth Ray. Wanda is survived by: 3 brothers: Jim Hargis of Tampa, David (Dorothy Jean) Hargis of Kingsport, TN, Donald (Pat) Mason of Loxahatchee, TX, sister: Ellen Duffy of San Francisco, CA, 6 nephews, 4 nieces.
