Obituary of Kathleen Lewis Holman

Kathleen Holman, age 82 a resident of Eagle Lake passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, at Winter Haven Hospital. Mrs. Holman was born February 15, 1934, in Bonifay, FL. to Titus and Eva (Searcy) Lewis. She was a Polk Co. resident since the 1950's. She graduated from Winter Haven High School Class of 1952. She was a retired sectionizer for Bordo Citrus and also cooked at Nell's Country Kitchen. She was a member of Woodmen of the World and enjoyed bingo, fishing and cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Louie S. Holman; 3 sisters, Genell Polly Scott, Evelyn Brooks, and Shelby Holman. Kathleen is survived by her loving family; 2 sons, Andy (Pat) Holman of Wahneta and Randy Holman of Eagle Lake, sister, Delores (Robert) Skipper of Wahneta; 2 grandsons, Derick and Brian; 4 great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Kye, Urijah, and Noah. Interment will be private.
