Obituary of Lorenda Susan Tucker

Mrs. Lorenda Susan Tucker, age 67, a lifetime Polk County resident passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa with her children by her side. Mrs. Tucker was born September 17, 1948 in Winter Haven to Carl Dennis and Beatrice Mae (Little) Dukes. She graduated from Winter Haven High School and was a Polk County School Board cafeteria manager. She enjoyed movies, shopping and loved her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles Edward Tucker. Susan is survived by her loving family; 2 sons, Terry (Paula) Tucker of Auburndale and Troy (Angela) Tucker of Haines City; daughter, Theresa (Joe) Williams of Auburndale; brother, Mike (Nancy) Dukes of Aiken, SC; sister, Glennis (Gene) Harrison of Bartow; and 7 grandchildren, Kyle, Tynsley, Tyler, Baron, Peircen, Braley, and Bayden.
