Robert Swartout , 84 , of Winter Haven , Florida passed away July 3, 2016 in Winter Haven . Mr. Swartout was born on September 29, 1931 in New York , New York to Harold and Jean (Pantusco) Swartout . He was retired from the U. S. Army having served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He is survived by his wife, Frances Swartout, son Bobby Swartout and grandchildren Tyler, Alex and Camila.
