Obituary of Helen Mulling

Mrs. Helen Lane Mulling, age 91, a resident of Auburndale, Florida passed away Friday, February 20, 2009 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Residential Center in Auburndale due to Natural Causes. Helen was born June 29, 1917 in Mulberry, Florida to Huey L. and Elizabeth (Watson) Lane. She was a retired School Teacher for Polk County and a resident of Auburndale since 1942. Mrs. Mulling taught a Auburndale Senior High School until she retired. Helen was very active in different organizations. Member of the Sorosis Club of Auburndale, Volunteered as a Pink Lady at Morrow Hospital, she was a Member of the First United Methodist Church of Auburndale, Member of the Wesleyan Circle of the Methodist Church which desolved several years ago and became The Morning Sunshine Circle. Helen was preceded in death by her parents and husband ? James Foister Mulling on June 7, 2005. In lieu of flowers the family requests those so desiring to make donations in Mrs. Mulling?s name to; Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 250, Dallas, Texas, 75244 (Attention-Gift Management Services). Visitation will be held 2:00P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church, 316 Lake Ariana Blvd., Auburndale. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00PM.
