Obituary of Amber Shaw

AMBER NICOLE SHAW, 17 EAGLE LAKE - Miss Amber Nicole Shaw, age 17 of Eagle Lake passed away Friday, November 13, 2009 in Winter Haven due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Amber was born in Winter Haven and was a senior at Chain of Lakes High School where she was preparing to begin a career in nursing. She was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Auburndale and enjoyed her job at McDonalds in Winter Haven, playing music and spending time with her friends. She is survived by her parents, father and stepmother Mark & Patricia Shaw of Eagle Lake, Stepfather and mother, Jesse Hill and Melissa Shaw of Winter Haven, sister, Marissa Shaw of Eagle Lake, stepsister, Jessica Hill of Dundee, stepbrothers, Peter & Jesse LaRoe of Eagle Lake, Paternal Grandparents, Andy & Brenda Shaw of Winter Haven, Maternal Grandparents, Ronald & Diane Buey of Auburndale, Grandparents, Kenneth & Patty Hill of Auburndale, Grandparents Milton & Linda Murphy of Eagle Lake, and Great Grandmother, Grace Shaw of Bartow. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 am at the First Missionary Baptist Church, Auburndale. Visitation will take place from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the church.
