Obituary of Violet Greene

WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Violet O. Greene, age 75 a resident of Winter Haven passed away Sun. Oct. 31, 2010 at the Kindred Hospital in Tampa due to heart failure. She was born Jan. 16, 1935 in Blount Co., AL. to Morris and Pearlie Cargo. She moved to Cullman, AL. at age 7, graduated in 1954 from Cullman High School then in 1958 moved to Auburndale. She retired from Sun Pac Foods in Bartow after 17 years and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents. Violet is survived by: brother: Talmadge (Jan) Cargo of Auburndale, nephew: Tony Cargo & family, niece: Jan Busbong & family. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Wed. Nov. 3, 2010 at the Auburndale Memorial Park. Arrangements By: Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale.
