Obituary of Ruth Ronda

POLK CITY - Mrs. Ruth Lydia Ronda, 88, passed away 4/9/11 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Residential Center in Auburndale of heart failure. Mrs. Ronda was born 4/7/23 in San Juan, P.R. to Jose and Maria (Martinez) Quinones. She was a resident of Polk City for the past 31 years & a resident of the U.S. since 1947. She was a homemaker, retired seamstress, Bonds approver for a bank, past sec. for the Diabetic Assoc. in P.R. & a member of the Green Pond Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers & sister. Ruth is survived by her loving family: husband of 51 years, Felix Ronda of Polk City; sons Raymond (Zulma) Delgado of Polk City, Robert (Melba) Cruz of St. Mary's, GA, Edwin (Betsy) Cruz of Puerto Rico; daughter Iris Delgado of Polk City; 3 grandchildren, Felix, Myrna & Frances; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
