Obituary of Jennifer Robbins

Jennifer Erin Robbins - Sisson, age 36 and resident of Winter Haven, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Residential Center in Auburndale due to brain cancer. Jennifer was born July 16, 1975 in Winter Haven, Florida to Donald Ray and Kathleen Ann (Lussier) Robbins. She was a lifetime resident of Polk County and a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Auburndale. Jennifer graduated from Winter Haven High School in 1993, West Chester College, New York in 2001, with a degree in Network Administration and from Polk Community College in 2008 with a degree in nursing. She worked for Heart of Florida Hospital in the ER enjoying her career and helping people. Jennifer was also the moderator/creator of "surviving brain cancer", on Facebook. She loved to make jewelry and spend time with her family. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Alphonse Lussier, paternal grandparents, Daniel and Julia Robbins and two uncles, Wesley and David Robbins. Jennifer is survived by her loving and devoted family, husband Kelly Sisson and daughter, Regan Elaine Sisson both of Winter Haven, parents, Donald and Kathleen Robbins of Auburndale, maternal grandmother, Ruth Lussier of Rhode Island, several aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers the family requests donation's be made in Jennifer's name to Moffit Cancer Center, 12902 Magnolia Dr. Tampa, Florida 33612.
