Obituary of Evelyn Sheffield

AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Nadine O'Neal Sheffield, age 68 a resident of Auburndale passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Palm Garden of Winter Haven due to lung cancer. Mrs. Sheffield was born May 18, 1943 in Auburndale to John C. and Anetta E. (Smith) O'Neal. She was a lifetime Auburndale resident, was a department manager for Wal-Mart and was a member of Lena Vista Baptist Church in Auburndale. Nadine enjoyed gardening, painting, and loved her church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband - Joel Sheffield and son - Danny McCoy. Nadine is survived by her son, Eric McCoy of South Carolina; 2 sisters, Ann Tew of Auburndale and Beverly Guzior of Deerfield, N.H.; and 2 granddaughters, Amber & Heather McCoy. In lieu of flowers the family requests donation's in Nadine's name to: Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale, FL. 33823.
