Obituary of Frances Ward

Mrs. Frances Elaine Ward, age 48 and a resident of Fanning Springs, Fl., passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011 at the Haven Hospice Chiefland Care Center due to Heart Failure. Mrs. Ward was born October 3, 1963 in Westchester, PA., to James Albert and Lettie Maxine (Arnold) Grimes. Frances was a waitress in the food and beverage industry. She was a resident of Fanning Springs since 2000 coming from Polk County. Frances enjoyed playing uno, rummy, music, darts and loved to write letters. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Larry James Grimes and niece, Christy Ann Grimes. Frances is survived by her loving family; Son, Jason Allen and his wife Amanda, Brother, Ronnie H. Grimes, sisters; Linda Sue Sapp, Patricia Diane Sheeler, Wanda Gayle Percifield, 3 grandchildren; Daniel, Aven & Eli, Special friend & companion, James "Tennessee" Workman of Gainesville, Fl., many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces & great great nephews.
