Obituary of Ernest Smith

UBURNDALE - Ernest Smith 89, died January 5, 2012 of heart failure at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale. Born August 2, 1922 in Live Oak, Fl, he was a longtime resident of Winter Haven, Fl, and in 1977 moved to Auburndale, Fl. He retired from being owner-operator of Smith's Pressure Cleaning. His friends called him "Smitty". Preceded in death by his wife Alma L Smith, two brothers, two grandchildren, one son, he is survived by two daughters Tina Smith-Houck Auburndale and Tammy Smith-Brown Bangkok, Thailand and 8 grandchildren. Kersey Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Graveside for family only Monday Jan. 9, 2012 at 3pm at Auburndale Cemetery. Memorial Service Jan. 9, 2012 at Victory Church in Lakeland at 4:30pm. Fellowship will be at church.
