Obituary of Glenda Rozier Williams Thomas

Mrs. Glenda Rozier Williams Thomas, age 70, a long time Polk County resident passed away February 22, 2012 at the Winter Haven Hospital due to COPD. Mrs. Thomas was born July 10, 1941 in Volusia County, Florida to William Lawton and Juanita (Walker) Rozier. She was a retired office clerk, past member of the Moose Lodge Chapter 1152 (she served as a Regent & Collegian) and past member of the American Legion. She enjoyed bingo and fishing. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband Alex Williams and 2nd husband Hubert Thomas. Glenda is survived by: Daughter, Ava (Alan) Lassiter of Lake Wales, 2 Brothers: Jimmie (Terry) Rozier of Lakeland, William (Mavis) Rozier of Lakeland, grandson: Aaron Lassiter of Lake Wales. An inurnment will be held at a later date at the Florida National Cemetery.
