Mr. James Harold Burton, age 61 a resident of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the Spring Lake Rehab Center in Winter Haven. Mr. Burton was born March 30, 1951 in Winter Haven, Florida to Harold and Joyce (Freeman) Burton. He was a Certified Code Investigator for Polk County. He was preceded in death by his father. A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at the Kersey Funeral Home.
