Obituary of Larry Malson

LAKE ALFRED - Larry Lee Malson, age 70 of Lake Alfred went to his rest on September 13, 2012 from a sudden cardiac event. He was born October 5, 1941 in Anderson, Indiana to Claude & Ruth Malson. Larry always had a passionate love for life and his smile and personality touched the hearts and lives of everyone he met. He pursued his joy in life through love, laughter, compassion and through his faith in God, there was good in everything that surrounded him. Larry relocated to Winter Haven in 1982. He retired years later from Verizon Communications. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Patricia "Trish" Malson and their precious boy Hans; his 4 children, Lisa, Keith & wife Vanessa, Melanie & Greg; his grandchildren, Sage, Greg, Tara, Kelci & great grandson, K'Dym. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Gary. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 AM at the Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale with visitation Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM. Following the service, interment will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, Lake Alfred.
