Obituary of Albert Chevalier

AUBURNDALE - Mr. Albert V. Chevalier, age 103, of Auburndale passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 due to natural causes. Mr. Chevalier was born in Rushing, Arkansas and had lived in this area since 1972 coming from Temperance, Michigan. He was a retired welder with Doehler Jarvis Nation Lead Co. in Toledo as well as Past Master of the Masonic Lodge #438 in Samaria, Michigan. Mr. Chevalier attended the First United Methodist Church in Auburndale. He was preceded in death by his wife of 77 years, Mildred Jane Chevalier, daughter, Leoma Knapp and a granddaughter, Aimee Chevalier. Survivors include sons, Thomas E. (Beth) Chevalier of Seneca, S.C. and John P. (Bonita) Chevalier of Auburndale, 2 daughters, Alberta "Babe" (James) Brandeberry of Lakeland and Charlotte (Ken) Hyatt of Lakeland, 19 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren & 4 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Auburndale with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM at the church. Memorials may be made to the First UMC Children's Ministries, 316 Lake Ariana Blvd, Auburndale, Fl. 33823 or the charity of the donor's choice .
