Obituary of Richard Allen Frazier

Richard Allen Frazier, 80, of Winter Haven, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Advent Health Lake Wales Hope Hospice Facility. Richard was born in Dayton, Ohio, on February 23, 1943 to the late William and Mary Frazier, formerly of Cape Coral, Florida. Richard graduated from Patterson Technical High School, in Dayton. He was a proud Veteran in the United States Army serving in Germany as a vehicle Mechanic. He followed his parents’ retirement move to Cape Coral, Florida in 1965. He married Sheila Lawless on October 16, 1988. He was employed by Tolles Seawall Construction in Ft. Myers, Florida for 20 years as a heavy machine operator. Later, he was a driver for GoWheels and LeeTran in the Ft Myers area. Richard and Sheila were members of the Ft. Myers Shores 7th Day Adventist Church and are now members of the 7th Day Adventist Church in Winter Haven. He is survived by his wife of 35 years Sheila Frazier; son Patrick; brother Douglas (Veronique) of Kensington, CA.; sister Barbara (Ernie) of Tipp City, OH. and many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 10th from 6-8 pm at Kersey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday, January 11th at the 7th Day Adventist Church, 401 Avenue K SE, Winter Haven. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery in Winter Haven.

Friends unable to attend final services, wishing to express remembrances are invited make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association.
