Obituary of Annie Mae Ledbetter

Mrs. Annie Mae Ledbetter, age 73 a resident of Lakeland went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Mrs. Ledbetter was born November 19, 1949 in Atlanta, Georgia to George Watson and Millie Lorene Johnson. She was a resident of Polk Co. since 1995 coming from Powder Springs, Georgia. She was a retired Accountant in the Food Industry and member of Powder Springs Church of God. Annie was an avid donator to Toys for Tots, Wounded Warriors, St. Jude and Shriners. She enjoyed sewing, eating out, being outside, taking her dog “Beau” to the dog park and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband – David Wayne Ledbetter; 2 brothers – Larry & Ray and sister – Sarah. Annie is survived by her loving family, daughter – Victoria Ledbetter (Tim) Vickrey of Winter Haven; sister – Joyce (Mike) DePiero of Jacksonville; grandson – Kyle Matthew Long of Winter Haven; granddaughter – Danielle Nicole Burton of Tampa; 2 gt granddaughters – Hannah & Harper and several nieces, nephews & cousins. A memorial service will be 11am Saturday, September 23^rd at Kersey Funeral Home.
