Obituary of Brenda Mae Keyt

Ms. Brenda Mae Keyt, age 69 passed away Sat. Dec. 10, 2022 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale. Mrs. Keyt was born May 10, 1953 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to William Ezra and Martha Jane (Anderson) Keyt, Jr. She was a resident of Auburndale since 2000, a homemaker and of the Pentecostal Faith. She attended schools in Hamilton County, Chattanooga; TN. Brenda enjoyed watching TV, watching movies, fishing, crocheting, sewing, animals and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her parents; son – Tommy Daniel Brock in 1983; 2 brothers – Rev. Charles Keyt & Carl Lee Keyt and 2 sisters – Ruth Barrett & Rev. Jane Lindsey. Brenda is survived by her loving family, daughter – Brenda Chappell of Auburndale; brother – Rev. Tommy (Joan) Keyt of Box Springs, GA.; sister – Linda Etherton of Auburndale; granddaughter – Remmy McAdorey of Auburndale and companion of many years – David Gurges of Auburndale; several nieces, nephews & cousins whom she loved very much. There will be no services per Brenda’s request.
