Obituary for Charles Allen Johnson Charles Allen Johnson , 60 , of Winter Haven , Florida passed away July 23, 2022 at Lakeland Regional Hospital. He was born on May 12, 1962 in Fayetteville , North Carolina to Harold and Martha (Koonce ) Johnson . Charles was an avid fisherman, camper, and cook. He loved watching football especially his beloved 5 time World Champion Dallas Cowboys and talking trash to his sister and uncle about their losing teams. He loved family cookouts and spending time with his family. Charles is survived by: his wife of 30 years Darlene; Son, Charlie Johnson of Lake Wales, Florida; daughter Holly Johnson of Winter Haven, Florida. brother James Johnson (Jennifer) of Leesburg, Florida; sister Ann Baron (Charles) of Ocoee, Florida. He also leaves to cherish his memory, 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: his parents and brother Harold Johnson Jr. The family will receive friends at Kersey Funeral Home on July 29, 2022 from 5:00PM - 8:00PM Funeral services will be at 11:00AM on July 30, 2022 at Kersey Funeral Home with Pastor Bud Porter officiating.
