Mrs. Shirley Annette Mills, age 83 from Auburndale, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 30, 2021 at The Palms Nursing & Rehab Center in Winter Haven. Mrs. Mills was born March 17, 1938 in Moultrie, Georgia to James and Jessie (Thompson) Corker. Shirley was a longtime resident of Polk County and a retired BankTeller Supervisor. 

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband – Leon Mills in 2013 and son – Michael Sanders in 2020. Shirley is survived by her daughter in-law, Sarah Sanders, grandchildren Tracy, Sierrah, Malachi and two great grandchildren. 

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
