Obituary of Martha Kay Lunsford

Mrs. Martha Kay Lunsford, age 69 a resident of York, South Carolina. Mrs. Lundsford was born September 5, 1951 in Winter Haven, Florida to William Douglas and Ethel Judy (Vance) Porter. She was a resident of York, South Carolina since 2003 coming from Auburndale, Florida. Martha graduated from Auburndale High School Class of 1970. She was the Co-Owner & Operator of Bud Lunsford Tucking for 20 years and a past Medical Assistant where she worked for several Pediatrician’s in Polk County. She enjoyed fishing, shopping, browsing thrift stores and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter – Courtney Ann Lunsford and brother – Jimmy Vance. Martha is survived by her husband of 52 years – Bud Lunsford of York, South Carolina; daughter – Tonda Skinner of Polk City, Florida; 2 brothers – Robert “Bud” Porter and his wife Maggie of Winter Haven, Florida and Tom R. Porter of Auburndale, Florida; 2 grandchildren – Hunter and Chloe. There are no services scheduled for Martha at this time.
