Obituary of Barbara Jean Currier

Mrs. Barbara Jean Currier, age 70 a resident of Groveton, New Hampshire and a snowbird of Polk City, Florida passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Mrs. Currier was born October 29, 1950 in Lancaster, New Hampshire to Linwood Clough and Alice Lyda (Hawksley) Whiting. She was a homemaker, did home health care for the elderly and retired after 18 years with a paper mill in New Hampshire. Barbara enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband Steve, camping, outdoors and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother – Neal Fredrick Whiting. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 33 years – Steve Currier; son – Michael (Jannie) Goss; stepdaughter – Angela Hinkle; brother – Norman (Bonnie) Whiting; sister – Edna (Norman) Young; 3 grandchildren – Alicia, Alex, Neal & Tatum and 2 great grandchildren – Brooklyn & Amelia.
