Marino Chiappini

Obituary of Marino Edward Chiappini

On October 13th, 2020, Marino “Chip” Edward Chiappini, loving husband and father of two children, passed away at the age of 69 after a long battle with lung cancer.  He worked as a machinist at Middleton Aerospace in Massachusetts most of his career.  He enjoyed making people laugh and always brought a smile to your face.  He made friends instantly, loved his family endlessly, enjoyed the beach, and always had something funny to say.  He was an avid sports fan, but mostly was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind compassionate spirit.

Chip was preceded in death by his father, Albert, his mother Edna, and three brothers Nalo, Larry, and Arthur.  He is survived by his wife Phyllis, two children Lisa Marie Aston, Dean Michael Chiappini, and step-son Richard C. Johnson III.  Grandchildren Carter Aston, Natalee, Nicole and Brandon Chiappini.  Sisters Marie Bell, Cindy Hart, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
