Obituary of Glenda Kirkland

Mrs. Martha Glenda Kirkland, age 83 a resident of Lakeland, Florida passed away Sunday, August 18, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Kirkland was born February 25, 1936 in Sandersville, Georgia to Stephen Thomas and Martha Doris Page, Sr. She was a retired Food Service Worker for Polk County Schools and was a Polk County resident for over 50 years. Glenda was a member of Lena Vista Baptist Church in Auburndale. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband – Jack Kirkland; son – Stephen G. Kirkland; brother – Rufus Page; sister – Marsha Page and grandson – Caleb Kirkland.

Glenda is survived by;

Son:                               Stanford “Stan” Kirkland of Citrus County, Florida

3 Grandchildren:          Nathan, Miranda & Cody of Citrus County, Florida

3 Nephews:                    Tommy, Lee & David

6 Nieces:                        Linda, Susie, Terri, Cathy, Marilyn & Joan Ellen

Graveside service will be 10:00 am Friday, August 23rd at Auburndale Memorial Park, 1889 West Derby Avenue, Auburndale, Florida.
