Obituary of Alejandro Marte

Mr. Alejandro Marte, age 82 a resident of Auburndale, Florida passed away Monday, March 26, 2018 at his home. Mr. Marte was born January 6, 1936 in La Vega, Dominican Republic to Braulio and Hipolita (Jimenez) Marte. He was an Auburndale resident for the past 12 years coming from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Alejandro received his Computer Assembly Certificate from ITT of New York and was a retired Technician/Foreman for several Computer Manufacturing Companies over the years (Honeywell, IBM & Hess). He and his wife attended St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Winter Haven. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

Alejandro is survived by his loving family;

Wife of 32 years:  Yrma Marte of Auburndale, FL.
2 Sons:   Braulio Marte of Orlando, FL.
    Francisco Marte of Albuquerque, NM
3 Daughters: Glennis Marte and her husband Jose Santana of Altamonte Springs, FL.
    Shirley Marte of Tampa, FL.
    Heysel Marte of Gainesville, FL.
5 Grandchildren:  Sarai, Braulio, Carlos, Johanny & Alexandra
2 Great Great Granddaughters:   Shelly & Abby

A memorial mass will be held 1:00 PM Friday, April 6, 2018 at Kersey Funeral Home, 108 East Lake Stella Drive, Auburndale, FL. 33823.
