Obituary of Jerry Brown

Jerry Ladon Brown, age 54, of Auburndale passed on to be with The Lord, Friday, January 8, 2010 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center after an extended illness from cancer. He was born May 14, 1955 in Winter Haven, Florida to Roy L. & Dorothy (Addison) Brown. He worked in construction as a supervisor. He was an avid fisherman and was a member of the Lena Vista Baptist Church, Auburndale He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roy Brown, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife Cindy (Asher) Brown of 27 years on January 22, 2010; a son, ?Sport? Jerry Brown II; a daughter, Megan Brown; a sister, Diane Mills all of Auburndale; a brother Terry Brown of Tallahassee, FL. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 2:00PM at Kersey Funeral Home, 108 E. Lake Stella Drive, Auburndale, FL 33823. Friends and family may visit from 1:00PM to 2:00PM.
