Obituary of Jane Louise White

Mrs. Jane Louise White, age 66 a resident of Auburndale, Florida passed away Monday, January 16, 2023 at Lakeland Medical Center surrounded by her family. Mrs. White was born June 20, 1956 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Dorothy (Smith) Jacobus. She was a resident of Auburndale since 2020 coming from Pensacola, Florida. She graduated from Dieruff High School in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Jane was a retired Food Service/Customer Service Person for the Naval Base Station in Pensacola. She enjoyed dancing, fishing, painting and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers – Michael Jacobus and Chris Jacobus. Jane is survived by her loving family, husband – Sydney White, Jr. of Auburndale, Florida; 2 sons – Kyle (Jeimy) Simitz  and Tyler (Amanda) Simitz both of Largo, Florida; 2 daughters – Lorrelle (Ricardo) Braggs of Riverview, Florida and Hope White of Wyncote, Pennsylvania; brother – Wayne (Debbie) Jacobus of Whitehall, Pennsylvania; sister – Judy (Ronald) Fenstermaker of Freemansburg, Pennsylvania; 10 grandchildren – Kayla, Adajowa, Jay, Keairya, Jeremiah, Jose, Diego, Olivia, Alya & Jaydemar and great granddaughter - Promise. A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, February 4^th from 3:00 until 5:00 pm at Kersey Funeral Home.
