Obituary of Sara L Vizcarrondo

Sarais L. Vizcarrondo (Linderman), 85, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 1:33 PM. She is survived by her four children Roberto, Luis, Rafael, Saraines and her husband of 60 years, Angel Luis Vizcarrondo. She was a beloved ‘Abuela’ to her 4 grandchildren and a beloved mother-in-law to Blanca Iris. Sarais was born on July 8, 1937, in Loiza, Puerto Rico to parents Julio Linderman and Emanuela Melendez. Growing up, Sarais loved running through her father’s fields and drawing anything and everything that caught her eye. Although she disliked school as a young girl, in her later years, Sarais would go on to complete her doctorate’s degree in Social Studies. As an Artist, Sarais never failed to perfect her craft. In 2014, she had the great opportunity to showcase her artwork at the local art school in Kissimmee, FL. Sarais was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved family gatherings and was the happiest when everyone came together for times of special celebration. Even during her last days, she did the one thing she was most famous for: bringing the family together. Family will receive friends for visitation at kersey Funeral Home beginning Monday, August 29th at 9:30AM.
