Obituary of Rhonda Gayle Pelton

Mrs. Rhonda Gayle Pelton, age 67 a resident of Polk City, Florida passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Lakeland Regional surrounded by her family. Mrs. Pelton was born June 23, 1955 in Plant City, Florida to David and Ruby Jewell (Tuberville) Moore. She was a Polk City resident for over 40 years coming from the Dover area. She was a Truck Driver alongside her husband for Moeller Trucking for 28 years. Rhonda enjoyed traveling, going on cruises, cooking and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 brothers. Rhonda is survived by her loving family, husband of 30 years – David Pelton of Polk City, Florida; daughter – Kathy Pratt of Polk City, Florida; son – David Roddenberry and his wife Connie of St. Augustine, Florida and 3 grandchildren – Kayla, Ashley & Charlie. There are no services scheduled for Mrs. Pelton at this time.
