Obituary of Patrick Allen Fender, Jr.

Mr. Patrick Allen “LP” Fender, Jr. age 42, a resident of Polk City passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022. Mr. Fender was born February 7, 1980 in Lakeland to Patrick Allen and Ever Dianne (Shell) Fender, Sr. He was a lifetime resident of Polk County, Attended Prison Ministry and was of the Baptist Faith. LP was a Mechanist in the Water Treatment Industry working with his dad. He earned certificates in both Digital Design and Computer Science. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors and spending time with his family. LP is survived by his loving family, son – Kody Fender; daughter – Kendall Fender; father & stepmother – Pat & Melissa Fender; mother & stepfather – Ever & Jesse Drapiza; brother – Eddie (Leeah) Fender; 2 sisters – Jessica Tuttle and Mercedez Farley; mother of his children – Tiffany Johnson; grandson – Ra’Marius Watts; 5 nieces – Faith, Bailie, Skyla, Destiny & Dezerae and 3 nephews – Isiah, Ivan & Deshawn. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Thursday, May 5th at Kersey Funeral Home, visitation from 12 – 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland.
