Obituary of Robert Lee Walker Sr.

Robert Lee Walker Sr , age 71 passed away on March 16, 2022 in Lakeland . He was born on September 11th 1950 to Floyd and Maudine Walker in Pelham, Ga. Robert was a veteran of the United States Army. Robert aka "boxcar" was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed fishing , hunting,airboats, motorcycles, antique cars, and sailing. But more than anything he enjoyed being with and helping his family. He was a " limited edition" one of a kind man.  He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Judy and son Matt.  Daughters : Liz (Jessie) Long of Virginia, Beth (Clyde) Foster of Winter Haven,  Jessica (Kevin) McCarty of Polk city, Kenya Day, and Jamie Rainer; son Bobby Walker of Virginia;  Brothers: Tommy (Carol) Walker of Cullman, Alabama, and  Dinki Walker of Winter Haven, Florida; Sister: Debbie Perkins(Lonnie) of Monroe, Georgia.  Blessed with 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.   

Celebration of life will be at a later date TBD.

In Lieu of flowers, the family ask that you donate to the Wounded Warriors Sportsman Fund or Moffit Cancer Center of Tampa in his honor.
