He was born on December 6, 1939 in Auburndale , Fl., to Cecil Kelley and Virginia. Mr. Kelley was a retired reverend who attended Faith Westland Church of Lakeland, Fl., He also served in the United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by both parents. Surviving are only child, son James Kelley, Polk City, Fl., sisters, Shirley Knight, Lakeland, Fl., and Marion McKeen , Auburndale, Fl., brother Gary Kelley, North Carolina, 3 grandkids, Jordan Kelley, Summer Kelley, and Madison Kelley, 2 great grandkids, Nolan Kelley and Khylor Kelley. No services have been announced for Mr. Kelley at this time.
