Beverly Jean Forbes , 74 , of Lakeland , Florida passed away January 6, 2022 at Lakeland Hospice House Lakeland , Florida . She was born on August 22, 1947 in Winter Haven , Florida to Lawrence and Opal (Strickland ) Green . Beverly was a former secretary at State Farm Insurance. She loved making jewelry, singing, shopping, and going to the tea shop with her friends, but above of that, she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus, Family, and Friends very much. She was also a faithful member of New Hope Fellowship Church of Auburndale, Florida.

Beverly is survived by: her husband Michael; 2 daughters Heather Newell (Joshua) of Lakeland, Florida and Laura Caldwell (Kary) of Pottsboro, Texas. 4 grandchildren, Shayla Caldwell, Noah Caldwell, Madison Newell, and Willow Newell.

She was preceded in death by: her parents

The family will receive friends at New Hope Fellowship Church on January 13, 2022 from 9:00AM - 10:00AM Funeral services will be at 10:00AM on January 13, 2022 at New Hope Fellowship Church with Pastor Gene Bassham officiating. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery Bushnell, Florida at 2PM. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking everyone to donate herbs that can be planted in the garden in memory of Beverly.
